NEWEA and NEWWA are teaming up to host the second annual Young Professionals (YP) Summit.  The YP Summit will bring together Young Professionals in the water and wastewater industry to learn from industry leaders and network with peers from across New England.  The program will focus on advanced leadership and technical skills that will help YPs develop into industry leaders.  

Program Highlights:

• 80+ Young Professionals in the water and wastewater industries from all over New England
• Advanced leadership skills presentation by Erin Mosley. Erin is the President and Creator of Step Into Your Genius, an Innovation Leadership Program. She is a NEWEA Past President and previously a VP and Global Director at CH2M.
• Career and technical skills presentation by Kate Novice; as related to her work in resiliency and emergency planning. Kate is the owner and founder of Gradient Planning in Connecticut.
• Networking with fellow Young Professionals, mid-level “career expert” guests, and NEWEA and NEWWA executives
