The 2024 Spring Joint Regional Conference & Exhibition will be a fully IN-PERSON event.
• What COVID protocols will be place?
NEWWA is committed to offering a safe, fulfilling, educational, and fun event for all attendees.However, for us to do so, we will need ALL attendees to cooperate and adhere to the COVID guidelines. We are following all COVID-19 and sanitation protocols set forth by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as the city of Worcester and Worcester DCU Center Safety & Policies guidance and Centers For Disease Control. If you have a fever or feel ill or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 within 10 days of the conference – PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE CONFERENCE.
• Will I need to be vaccinated to attend the conference?
While NEWWA is not requiring vaccines to attend the conference, we encourage all those planning to attend to be fully vaccinated.
• What is the cancellation policy?Refunds are based on the planning, advertising and administrative work included in each registration. Any cancellation results in a forfeiture of the $150 deposit. The refund policy is as follows:
100% refund before December 22, 2023 (less deposit)
75% refund before January 19, 2024
50% refund before February 23, 2024
No refund after February 23, 2024
